How to delete it
- Sign in to the WattHacker app, or at app.watthacker.com.
- Tap Settings (top right), then Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE, and confirm.
It happens right away and can't be undone. Want your data first? Export it from Reports before you delete.
Can't sign in? Email support@watthacker.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your login. You can't sign back in.
- Your subscription, canceled first. No more charges.
- Your production history, panels, roof, monitors, and settings.
- Your alerts, alert settings, and the phone number you use for texts.
What we keep
- Order records for a monitor you bought (name, email, shipping address, amount), for tax, warranty, and accounting.
- Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe.
